We are all looking for ways to live positively and healthily – especially when things are not going well at work, in relationships, or just with life in general.

The Chinese Happiness Program is an educational project bringing together ideas and practical behaviors that can be comfortably fitted into a daily routine and that enable us to maintain balance and control over our lives.

Based on respect for nature and our place within it, the content and calming atmosphere of the program will facilitate a better understanding of society and the human body and spirit – enabling you to effectively neutralize harmful influences and build on positive ones.
