My experience of Roseberry Hall

When I was choosing my student accommodation after receiving the LSE Summer School offer, there were not many available choices, but Roseberry Hall still had space. I was unsure what to expect from staying in UK halls, but looking back, I am so glad I stayed at Roseberry!

Amenities

Roseberry Hall is small but sturdy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I lived in a single room on a corridor with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Roseberry Hall has a huge common room, washing machines, and even a dining room with free delicious breakfast with a variety of choices every day. Roseberry Hall also provided housekeeping services every three days. My favourite part of my room was the large window, so I got a lot of sunshine!

Location

Transport is very accessible when living at Roseberry Hall. There is a bus stop close to Roseberry Hall, and it takes only 20 minutes to travel directly to the campus by bus. Furthermore, Roseberry Hall is located in a busy area where supermarkets, restaurants and the underground station are all nearby.

Community

I also met a lot of my fellow Summer School students at Roseberry Hall. From my roommates to my classmates, we often got together and chatted about the Summer School experience. You will meet a large number of fabulous people who may share the same interests or be studying similar subjects. For me, Roseberry Hall gave me another community of like-minded and friendly people, and a space to chat with other students from different backgrounds and learn new perspectives.

Therefore, if you are still considering where to stay for your upcoming LSE Summer School experience, Roseberry Hall is a perfect choice that provides you with a comfortable, convenient, and social experience.
