Join us for our Study in the UK Day, a comprehensive online event designed for Brazilians interested in pursuing higher education in the United Kingdom
Hosted in partnership with Estudar Fora, this event will provide invaluable insights into six of the United Kingdom’s most highly regarded universities: LSE, the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, the University of Manchester, the University of St. Andrews, and University College London.
Over the course of the day, you’ll have to chance learn more about student life in the UK, explore what makes each of the host universities special, and receive crucial guidance regarding career planning, scholarships, and applications. This event is perfect for prospective students, parents, and anyone else interested in understanding the British higher education system and its opportunities.
The day will include four online sessions:
- 2.00-3.00pm: An introduction to higher education and student life in the UK
- 3.10-4.10pm: Overview of career opportunities and the graduate work visa
- 4.20-5.20pm: Overview of postgraduate scholarships in the UK
- 5.30-6.30pm: Overview of the postgraduate application process
You are welcome to attend all the sessions or just those that interest you most. Please note that the first session will be appropriate for prospective students across all levels of study (e.g. bachelors degree, study abroad, taught masters, PhD) while the other sessions will be tailored towards prospective Masters and PhD students.
Recordings of each event will be made available to everyone who registers their attendance here.
Registration is free of charge and attendance does not form part of the School's selection process. All event times are in Brazil local time (BRT, UTC -3).
Please note that the Study in the UK Day will be hosted in a mixture of English and Portuguese. Translations will be available as a subtitles throughout most of the day.
