Please be advised that guests will need to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking with either of the above options. Each guest must book and pay for their own reservation. Third Party Payment of any kind cannot be accepted for this reservation and bookings can only be paid at the Hotel directly.
GROUP ROOM RATES: Hotel room rates are quoted per room per night based on single occupancy and are subject to applicable lodging, state and local taxes at time of check in.
GROUP RATE TO BE EXTENDED BEYOND EVENT DATES: The above confirmed group rates are applicable three days before to three days after the official group dates, subject to rate availability.
The deadline to book is March 24th 2022, however, if participants are not booking the rooms, on February 24th 2022 the hotels will release 50% of unused rooms.
