As head of Goldman Sachs and as U.S. Treasury Secretary, he has worked with scores of top Chinese leaders, including Xi Jinping, China's most powerful man in decades. He will talk about his new book, Dealing with China, which takes readers behind closed doors to the future of China's state-controlled capitalism, in conversation with Lionel Barber.
