During your time in the Media and Communications Department, you will often need to contact various staff members. These individuals encompass the faculty responsible for coordinating your courses and serving as your class instructors. Additionally, you'll engage with other team members involved in teaching as well as the professional services. You can find an outline of who to approach with different queries or aspects of your programme.
For full information about all members of the Department please visit People.
The professionals within the administrative services team oversee the management of your courses and possess the ability to address inquiries regarding various elements such as timetabling, assessments, feedback, course preferences, scheduling, extensions, and a multitude of administrative queries. Should your program coordinator be unable to address your query, they will readily guide you to the appropriate team member best suited to assist you.
Your Academic Mentor is a key point of contact in your academic department. Their role is to keep an overview of your academic progress and overall wellbeing during your time at the School. You will be notified of the name of your academic mentor during the Welcome period. If you do not know who your Academic Mentor is, please contact a Graduate Programme Coordinator on media.msc@lse.ac.uk.
