Dr Seraphine Zeitouny is a health policy researcher with extensive training in pharmacoepidemiology and health economics. Her primary research interests lie in studying access to medicines and evaluating the impact of health policies on patient and healthcare system outcomes. She is a multi-award-winning scholar with a track record of peer-reviewed publications. Seraphine holds a Ph.D. in Population and Public Health from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Public Health from the American University of Beirut. She has consulted for the World Health Organization, the Asian Development Bank, and other international organizations.
