Liv is a Visiting Senior Fellow at LSE Health, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She has a PhD in Health Economics from the University of Aarhus, Denmark, jointly with a visiting fellowship at the London School for Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) which focused on economic evaluation of the indirect effects of vaccines, in particular herd immunity. She also holds a joint master’s in Health policy, Planning & Financing from LSE and the LSHTM.
