Arianna is a PhD candidate in the LSE Health Policy Department and a Senior Researcher at the Medical Technology Research Group (MTRG), LSE Health.
Arianna’s PhD focuses on the role of patient organisaitons and other stakeholders in innovation and access in the rare disease space. Her expertise lies in Health Economics, Pharmaceutical Policy, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Pricing and Reimbursement, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs.
At the MTRG, Arianna’s work focuses on quantitative analysis and policy research on orphan drugs as part of IMPACT HTA, a EU Horizon 2020 project. Prior joining LSE, she worked as consultant in HEOR boutique consultancies. She holds an MSc in International Health Policy (Health Economics) from LSE and a BSc in International Economics from the University of Padova.
