Jeffrey is a Fellow in Environmental Economics in the Department of Geography and Environment. His research employs geospatial impact evaluations to understand the human and ecological impacts of development programs or public policies.
He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Barcelona, was a visiting PhD student at the Oxford Department of International Development and the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative and holds a MSc in Applied Economics from Marquette University. Previously he was a Research Officer at the Grantham Research Institute at the London School of Economics.
