In this session Dr Grace Lordan will define what it means to ‘Think Big’. Encouraging blue sky career planning, in addition to moving focus from status to personal growth this session will advocate for non-linear career pathways. Grace will also discuss the biases that are most likely to hold a person back in their career journey, and how to overcome them.
