Rosanna is a PhD candidate in Demography (Social/Formal) supervised by Professor Ernestina Coast and Dr Tiziana Leone. Her ESRC-funded doctoral research focuses on sexual and reproductive health among displacement-affected populations, using mixed methods.
Rosanna has an interdisciplinary background, spanning technical and management roles in development and humanitarian contexts. She previously lived in Iraq, leading Save the Children's strategy to respond to the needs of affected children and communities. She is interested in issues of measurement and using better evidence to strengthen policy and programming.
Rosanna has a MSc in Social Research Methods (Distinction, 2021) and MSc in Population and Development (Distinction, 2014), both from the LSE. Her undergraduate degree was BA (Hons) Human Sciences (First Class, 2012), from the University of Oxford.
