Tim Horton (@HTimw), one of today’s outstanding pianists, and hailed by Arts Desk for his ‘unaffected, heartfelt playing’, is a founder member of both the Leonore Piano Trio and Ensemble 360 and has been a regular guest pianist with the Nash Ensemble.
He has played concertos with several leading orchestras including with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra conducted by Sir Simon Rattle. With the Leonore Piano Trio, Tim has given concerts throughout the UK, Scandinavia, New Zealand and Europe. He has performed regularly at the Aldeburgh, Bath, Elverum, Plush, Presteigne, Midsummer Music and North Norfolk festivals. His current project is a cycle of concerts at the Wigmore Hall London featuring a selection of Chopin’s works interspersed with pieces by composers who influenced him and were in turn influenced by him.

The next lunchtime concert is on Thursday 13 February and will be performed by the Ensemble 360 String Quartet.
