  Amy Goldstein has been a staff writer for thirty years at The Washington Post, where much of her work has focused on social policy. She currently is The Post’s national health-care policy writer. She has been a White House reporter and has covered many notable news events, from the Monica Lewinsky scandal to five of the past six Supreme Court nominations.

  Peter Trubowitz is the Department Head of International Relations and Director of the US Centre at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Associate Fellow at Chatham House, Royal Institute of International Affairs.
