Nikita is a Research Officer in Behavioural Science at The Inclusion Initiative (TII). She serves as the Head Tutor for the Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science LSE Online Certificate Course, a program she co-developed, tailored specifically for industry professionals. Her works have been published in HBR, LSE Business Review and South Asia @LSE.

As a PhD student, she is interested in examining organisational Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within a global context. As most of the EDI literature is predominantly rooted in Western (and WEIRD) contexts, her research aims to bridge this gap by focusing on behavioural barriers and opportunities for inclusion in a global workforce context. 

Prior to LSE, Nikita had experience in leading Human Resources strategy in a multinational corporation, where she designed and implemented award-winning employee initiatives for Talent Management, EDI, and Culture Change. Having led global teams in her corporate stint, Nikita has firsthand experience in driving employee behavioural change to foster more equitable and inclusive work environments worldwide. She holds an MSc in Behavioural Science from the LSE, where her research delved into caste and gender discrimination in the Indian labour market. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Liberal Studies (Young India Fellowship) from Ashoka University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honours) from the Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
