Meet our speakers and chair
Praveen Kolluguri is an activist and passionate advocate for disability, neurodiversity, and social justice. He is a product marketing expert. He sits on the Equality and Opportunity Advisory Committee of Prospect Union and is the outgoing Co-chair of Able2, BT's Disability Employee Resource Group (ERG),. Praveen works with institutions and organisations to foster more inclusive and accessible environments. Praveen is recognised for his work as a disability changemaker and is being celebrated as one of the 100 most influential disabled individuals in the UK, as well as a leader in his field, by the Shaw Trust Power List 2024.
Kate Nash is founder of PurpleSpace, the world’s only global network of disability employee resource groups: a community of 5,000+ leaders across 175+ brands that collectively employ 1.5 million employees with disability. PS was created following the publication of Secrets & Big News which she wrote in 2014. The research was the first to examine what is often called the ‘disclosure’ or ‘declaration’ of disability at work. Her second book Positively Purple, was published by Kogan Page in 2022 which won Business Book of the Year 2023 (DEI). She is currently writing 52 Habits To Get On At Work. She is a member of the LSEG EDI Global Advisory Council Leaders’ Group. She was awarded an OBE for services to disabled people in 2007.
Tiffany Yu is the CEO & Founder of Diversability, a 3x TEDx speaker, and the author of The Anti-Ableist Manifesto: how to build a disability-inclusive world. She started her career at Goldman Sachs before becoming a speaker and writer on disability. At the age of 9, Tiffany became disabled as a result of a car accident that also took the life of her father.
Anne Theunissen is a research officer at The Inclusion Initiative, her research focuses on evaluation practices, organizational processes, and the experiences of vulnerable groups. Previously, she was a postdoctoral researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, studying the societal impact of scientific research. She holds a PhD in Business Economics from Hasselt University, where she examined workplace inequalities faced by migrants. Her work has been published in journals such as Work, Employment & Society, Culture & Organization, and Gender, Work & Organization.
