Once you have an offer of admission (conditional or unconditional) to attend LSE, you should submit the following:
- LSE Undergraduate Scholarship Application 2026
- One academic reference - this can be sent by you together with your scholarship application, or it can be sent to us separately by your referee to financial-support@lse.ac.uk
- Supporting documents - this will vary dependent on the information you have provided; further guidance can be found in the scholarship application form
- Applicants who follow the process above will be considered against the eligibility requirements for all scholarships
2026/27 Applications
For offer holders with Home fee status, the 2026/27 deadline for receipt of LSE Undergraduate Scholarship applications is 01 June 2026. Scholarship decisions will be made and communicated by the end of August 2026.
For offer holders with Overseas fee status, the 2026/27 deadline for receipt of LSE Undergraduate Scholarship applications is 23 April 2026. Scholarship decisions will be made and communicated by the end of July 2026.
If you have not received a response at this point then you have been unsuccessful in your scholarship application.
All decisions will be sent by email to the address supplied on your application form. Please ensure that our domain name - lse.ac.uk - is added to your safe senders list and routinely check your junk/spam folders.
Owing to the high number of applications received each year, we are unable to consider late applications, or to provide individual feedback.
