The outcome of your application

An offer is authoritative and official only if it has been sent in writing from the Undergraduate Admissions Office. All decisions will also be sent to you via UCAS Track. Decisions on admissions are made on the basis of academic merit, contextual data, and the availability of places on specific programmes.

You will receive one of these decisions on your application:

Unsuccessful application

We are unable to offer you a place. This decision is final. Applications can only be reconsidered in exceptional cases, for instance where a candidate’s study has been affected by personal circumstances of which the School was not aware at the time the decision was made. Please note that even in such circumstances, there can be no guarantee that a place will be offered.

All unsuccessful applicants will receive feedback from the Admissions Selector via email.
