The Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science (PBS) is a growing community of researchers, intellectuals, and students who investigate the human mind and behaviour in a societal context. Our department conducts cutting-edge psychological and behavioural research that is both based in and applied to the real world.
We are offering two full (fees and a stipend) and eight tuition fees only scholarships, generously funded by the AKO Foundation.
Our programmes enable students to learn the core theories of social psychology and behavioural science, specialise in specific areas of interest, and conduct their own research.
Scholarship applicants are expected to demonstrate how studying at LSE will enable them to contribute to societal impact activities in their home region after the successful completion of their degree at LSE.
Applicants will need to demonstrate financial need and show they would not otherwise be able to attend LSE, along with the following:
- Reside in or be citizens of South Asia, Africa or Latin America.
- Studying a one year taught master's programme from any of the following PBS master's programmes:
There are ten scholarships available.
The value of these scholarships are:
- Two scholarships covering the full tuition fees and providing a maintenance stipend.
- Eight scholarships covering the full tuition fees only.
