Please check the details on your CAS Statement which can be found on Section 2 of the CAS Statement email sent to you by Graduate Admissions Office. If any of these details are incorrect, please use the form below to send us your corrections for all the relevant sections.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the details listed in the CAS statement are correct. You will need to provide official documents confirming your details as listed on your CAS statement when you make your student visa application.
