Travel to campus
Walk 1 minute to bus stop UD (Finsbury Town Hall) and take the 19 or 38 bus to Bloomsbury Square (10 minutes, 5 stops). From here it is a 10-minute walk down Kingsway to campus. Alternatively, walk to campus in 25 minutes, view full directions on Google Maps.

- Rosebery Hall consists of the Rosebery Wing (standard rooms) and the Myddelton Wing (basic rooms).
- All rooms have their own washbasin, desk, lamp, and wardrobe. Standard rooms have been recently refurbished.

To share a room, all students must be attending the LSE Summer School. Each student needs to complete the booking process separately. If you would like us to allocate you with another student(s), all students must book the same room type, in the same hall, for the same dates.
Twin rooms can be shared by students of the same sex only. If you feel you have exceptional circumstances that you would like us to consider, please specify these in the "Allocation Requests" field at the time you make your booking.
To enable us to match roommates, both students must list each other as their preferred roommate at the time of booking. Please note that any roommate requests must be made at least 1 week prior to arrival.

Facilities and services
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the fees and served in the dining room from 7.30am to 10am Monday to Sunday.
Cooking facilities
Each floor has a kitchen with a microwave, toaster, kettle. Cutlery and crockery is not provided, however some may be left behind in the kitchens by students as part of our environmental reuse scheme. Kitchen areas will be closed overnight between 11pm and 6am.
Check-in and check-out
Check in from 3pm on the day of arrival (For those whoe have booked and paid for an early arrival on Saturday 15 June 2024, check in will be from 4pm).
Check out by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Reception opening hours
Reception is open from 8am to 9pm daily (security guards at desk overnight).
Luggage storage
If you need to leave luggage with us, please check with reception on arrival and they will guide you to a designated area. Please note, we have limited availability and you may need to wait with your luggage. No overnight luggage storage.

The hall has a communal room with table football and a pool table. There is also a computer room for quiet study and a small garden with outside seating.
Information about booking, discounts and cancellations
Book online using your LSE Summer School username and password
You will receive those from the LSE Summer School Office. You'll need to log in with your LSE Summer School username and password to make a booking. Once you have those, we recommend you book your accommodation straight away.
Booking shared rooms

Prep English course accommodation
Our dedicated hall for Preparatory English course accommodation is Bankside House. Bankside House is only available for Prep English courses. That means that you will need to move from Bankside House to the hall that you've booked for the main session when the main session starts. All halls are in Central London, so you won't have to travel far.

The quickest way to submit a cancellation request is to use the 'Cancel' option online from within your LSE Accommodation Account. If you are not able to do this, please use our online contact form below to submit your cancellation request. Please note we only accept online cancellations via our contact form or online cancellation requests submitted within the LSE Accommodation portal. Cancellation of your study programme does not automatically mean that your accommodation is cancelled.
