Butler's Wharf Residence planned works

Starting 9 December 2024 and finishing 28 March 2025 there will be fire compartmentation works happening at Butler's Wharf Residence. Fire compartmentation entails sealing openings and joints in walls and floors with fire-resistant materials to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and heat between different compartments of the building. The works should not be noisy. Contractors will be doing works in four flats per week throughout the programme and will need access to student bedrooms.
