Thesis Abstract:
This research project examines the trends of wage inequality over the past 25 years in the Chilean labour market. The aim of examining Chile is to assess the impact of neoliberal policies on the overall levels of wage inequality. Some of the aspects to examine include differences in wages between and within occupations, gender inequality and labour market structures.
