In this engaging and insightful public forum, distinguished researchers and stakeholders will come together to address the pressing issue of gender inequalities in the workplace.
Following the resounding success of last year's launch event, "Advancing Equality: The Power of Academia-Business Collaboration and Policy Action" the Women in Social and Public Policy Research Hub (WISPPRH) is proud to present this year's topic: “Women in the Workplace," exploring critical research areas that go beyond traditional career and gender pay gap analysis. Topics to be addressed include sexual harassment, the challenges of motherhood, the pervasive "boys' club" culture, and more. This forum aims not only to elevate the research agenda on gender equality but also to create a platform for in-depth discussions among researchers and stakeholders.
