When does the conference start and end?
Our preliminary program plan is to have a full three day conference starting on Thursday morning no later than 9am, with the last sessions lasting until 6pm on Saturday (April 23). We hope to hold an informal farewell event on Saturday, which may continue to the late evening. We encourage participants to arrive the day before and leave on Sunday (April 24), if you'd like to attend the full conference.
Can scheduling of presentations on specific dates be possible?
Due to the large number of participants and constraints on the space, we are unable to consider scheduling requests currently
What should be the size of my poster?
All posters are recommended to be of A1 size maximum. Both landscape or portrait are accepted.
Can I join online or is there hybrid presentation option?
We are committing to an in-person conference only, and will not be able to cater to hybrid or online options.
