This course is compulsory on the MSc in Accounting, Organisations and Institutions. This course is not available as an outside option.



The course is only available to MSc Accounting, Organisations and Institutions students. The purpose of this pre-sessional is to acquaint students, both with and without any prior, or little, background in accounting, to the critical approach to be adopted on the core course AC424.  Students with some prior background in accounting will find the session useful as a "refresher" about accounting fundamentals. Any student with a proven accounting background who intends to take AC416 Topics in Financial Reporting is also required to take AC480 Quantitative Methods in Accounting and Finance.
