Dr Tom Reader is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at LSE. His research focuses on organisational and safety culture. He studies how norms and behaviours relating to risk-management, team working and ethical conduct emerge in organisations and contribute to outcomes such as safety or decision-making.
