Dr Lucia Garcia-Lorenzo is Associate Professor in Organisational and Social Psychology in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at LSE. She is particularly interested in change and transitions in organisations in different contexts, and is currently looking at the particularly difficult transitions between work, un(der)employment and entrepreneurship that emerged after the global financial crisis.
