Dr John Collins led the creation of the Drugs and Development Hub at LSE and is currently Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Illicit Economies and Development (JIED), LSE Press, as well as being Director of Academic Engagement at The Global Initiative Against Organized Crime (GI-TOC). Previously, he served as the founding Executive Director of the LSE’s International Drug Policy Unit (IDPU) and was a Fellow of the US Centre at LSE.
