The LSE Philosophy Department is hiring a Digital Communications Graduate Intern. This is a full time, fixed term appointment for 3 months. Application deadline: 6 April 2025.

This exciting and unique role will support the migration of our departmental website from WordPress to Contensis, enhancing the student experience by making information more accessible and user-friendly. The project also includes the migration of the CPNSS website from the current Contensis system to the School’s new template. This internship is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for communications, digital content and web development, looking to build technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate content from WordPress to Contensis, ensuring format consistency and content accuracy.

• Assist in redesigning the website’s structure to improve navigation and overall user experience.

• Implement web accessibility standards, making sure the site is inclusive and accessible to all users.

• Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve migration issues, including broken links and formatting inconsistencies.

• Document project progress and coordinate with the Marketing and Communications Manager and LSE’s Digital Communications team to ensure project milestones are met and brand guidelines are implemented.

This position is open to LSE graduates within the past 24 months, both undergraduate and postgraduate level. This is a full time, fixed term appointment for 3 months. Applicants must have fully graduated with all course requirements complete. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the entirety of the contract.
