We are pleased to announce that Harriet Fagerberg will be joining our Department in September 2023 as LSE Fellow.

Harriet Fagerberg completed a PhD in philosophy with King’s College London and Humboldt-Unversität zu Berlin before becoming a Postdotoral Fellow at Hunter College and The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY). Harriet’s primary research interest is biological function, its relation to pathology, and its manifestation in the brain.

The Department regularly appoints LSE Fellows who will contribute to the intellectual life of the Department and the School by delivering excellent teaching at both undergraduate and master’s level, with teaching on more advanced courses being research-led. The post also permits substantial time for research, and the post-holders will be expected to contribute to the research culture and intellectual life of the department in their areas of specialisation.
