Yiting’s research interests include strategic HRM and human capital analysis. She is also interested in the people’s experience at workplace and how organisations can support or threaten them. Her research aims to provide organisations with practical insights on effectively managing employees in a mutually beneficial way.
Yiting holds an MSc in HRM with Distinction from the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor in Management from the Shandong Normal University, China. She received various awards and scholarships including the Award for Academic Excellence.
Before joining LSE, Yiting worked in a HR consulting company, focusing on employee survey and training and development. She also led and participated in research projects on employee trauma and well-being.
