Tanya graduated from University College London (UCL) with a first class in BA Spanish with Management. She later went on to complete a Master's in Management at University Carlos III in Madrid, where she received a distinction.

She strives to uncover leadership strategies that promote inclusivity, aiming to shape policies and practices that empower autistic individuals and benefit organisations.
