Ceylin Petek Ertekin’s research interests are in consumer decision making, innovation, brand loyalty, and advertising. Her past research experience is in consumer psychology, branding, and cognitive psychology.
Ceylin holds an MSc in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California, and received her BA in Psychology with a double major in Media and Visual Arts from Koç University, Istanbul, Turkey.
Prior to LSE, Ceylin worked for durable goods and consumer electronics company, Arçelik, consulting for human centred product and service design. In her role, she specifically focused on solving consumer problems by using market research, design thinking, UX methodologies and other consumer based strategy practices. Prior to her role in Arçelik, she held internships in various advertising and market research agencies.
