Dr Wafaa Elmezraoui completed her PhD in Employment Research from the University of Warwick in 2023. Her research focused on the impact of ICT use on work-life balance during and after the pandemic.

Before starting her PhD, Wafaa worked for Henkel in Dubai for over five years, leading several roles from admirative HR, e-learning, succession planning and HR business partnership. Wafaa also worked as a trainee lawyer in Morocco, specialising in civil law.

Wafaa holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University in the United Arab Emirates and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Mohamed V University of Morocco.

Wafaa is an associate fellow (AFHEA); she gained teaching experience at Warwick Business School as a sessional tutor and is keen to develop her teaching and research skills.
