Dr Ellie Stillwell joined the Department in August 2022. After obtaining her PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Work & Organisations from the University of Minnesota, she was a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Management & Organisational Development Group at Northeastern University. 

Dr Stillwell has published in leading academic journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and Human Resource Management. In her research, she uses a combination of experimental, field, and qualitative methods to better understand the causes, consequences, and dynamics of flourishing and suffering in organizations.

Prior to obtaining her PhD, Dr Stillwell worked as a Research Specialist in the Department of Psychological Sciences at the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO.
