The Department of Management recently hosted a public lecture exploring power dynamics in the workplace in the wake of #MeToo and #TimesUp.
Professor Ben Voyer and Allyson Zimmermann discussed what power looks like, how it changes behaviours, the psychological consequences, and how we disrupt a culture of harassment to engender respect and dignity.
The event was part of the LSE Department of Management Women in Business lecture series.
