ABB's statement
What do you think the students brought to the business? Were their ideas different from what you could have achieved if you have conducted this project in-house?
The students brought a great ‘outside in’ view to the project by applying both their academic frameworks and their own experiences with other companies and cultures – which is not easy to replicate without employing external consultants.
How do you think the Business Projects have helped your business?
Through their engagement with line leaders and employees around the world, the students helped increase the visibility and engagement with the project and showed that the company is open to hearing their voices when designing solutions.
How would you use the outcomes in your business going forward?
The conclusions will be applied in helping to design HR communications that are relevant, modern, fit for purpose and accessible.
