Dr Victoria Serra-Sastre is Senior Lecturer at City, University of London. Her main research interests are health economics and applied microeconometrics, and her research focuses on technology diffusion of health care technologies, in particular looking at the impact of technology on health outcomes, hospital performance and changes in workforce composition.

At LSE, she researches the uptake and diffusion of medical technologies, the substitution/complementarity across technologies as well as other research projects in the area of hospital competition and workforce.
