Join us on for our Discovery Day: Data, Health, Policy, and Primary Sources!

Dive into a world of knowledge and uncover valuable resources that can enhance your research and understanding. Whether you're a researcher, academic or professional services staff, this event offers a unique opportunity to explore a diverse range of materials:

  • Literature Databases: Dive into a vast collection of literary works, scholarly articles, and critical essays that span genres and eras 

  • Financial Data: Access comprehensive financial databases to stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities. 

  • Historical Archives: Uncover the past with our extensive historical archives, featuring rare documents, photographs, and firsthand accounts from significant events. 

Suppliers will also be running training sessions in LSE LIFE Workspace 2 and LSE LIFE Workspace 4 for a more detailed look at individual resources. Whatever the type of information you’re looking for, we have a session available. You can book a place (optional) for the whole event or any of the individual sessions via the LSE Training System:

Refreshments will be available on the day. Join us any time between 11am and 4pm, to grab a coffee and a pastry, to attend a workshop or just for a chat about your research.

The British Library of Political and Economic Science (@LSELibrary) was founded in 1896, a year after the London School of Economics and Political Science. It has been based in the Lionel Robbins Building since 1978 and houses many world class collections, including the Women's Library and Hall-Carpenter Archives.
