Diana Kirsch

Diana Kirsch is the Legal Advice Clinic Director at LSE Law School with responsibility for establishing new pro bono projects for students including the new LSE Legal Advice Clinic. An alumna of LSE, she qualified as a criminal defence solicitor in 1999 and worked at Moss and Co, a specialist criminal practice in Hackney. In 2007, she moved into higher education, teaching on the LPC at BPP Law School and establishing pro bono projects including BPP’s Criminal Appeals Project.

In 2019, Diana joined Hertfordshire Law School and as Director of Pro Bono and Associate Dean Enterprise she founded the award-winning Hertfordshire Law Clinic, the Shelter Court Runner Scheme, and the Stevenage Welfare Benefits Appeals Project.

Since 2021, she has also served as an External Examiner with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, overseeing the Police Station Representative Accreditation Scheme (PSRAS).
