Dr Luke McDonagh and LSE Law School Visiting Fellow Prof Martin Kretschmer (University of Glasgow) have contributed a submission to the UK government’s consultation on Copyright and Artificial Intelligence, which closed on 25 February 2025.
Dr McDonagh and Prof Kretschmer were part of a group of researchers, including those at the University of Glasgow, LSE, and the University of Cambridge, who wrote a detailed 45-page submission. The submission is now published as a report by the University of Glasgow’s Centre for the Regulation of the Creative Economy (CREATe). Click here to learn more.
Dr McDonagh and Prof Kretschmer will also participate in an LSE Public Event on Artificial Intelligence, Intellectual Property and the Creative Industries on Tuesday 4th March at 6.30pm in the Sheikh Zayed Lecture Theatre.
