Martin Husovec has co-authored an article published in the Harvard Business Review about the regulatory risks of generative AI. Together with Glenn Cohen (Harvard Law School) and Theodoros Evgeniou (INSEAD). The article argues that AI systems are increasingly interconnected, which is generating new complexities and risks. Managing these ecosystems effectively requires comprehensive training, designing technological infrastructures and processes so they foster collaboration, and robust governance frameworks. Examples from healthcare, financial services, and legal profession illustrate the challenges and ways to overcome them.

Dr Husovec's work has also been recently cited by Brazil's Federal Supreme Court in a leading case on online freedom of expression and social media. The case sets boundaries for the Brazilian legislature in the area of regulation of content.
