Congratulations to Dr Timothy Liau who has won the 2024 Peter Birks Prize for Outstanding Early Career Legal Scholarship, awarded by the Society of Legal Scholars, for his book Standing in Private Law (OUP 2023). The winners were announced at the annual SLS conference dinner held in Bristol on 4 September 2024.
