About me

I am an experienced educator with a rich background in language teaching and learning support. I am deeply invested in enhancing classroom dynamics through innovative pedagogies. I integrate interactive techniques, including Applied Improvisation, to engage students in their own learning process and foster essential language skills such as spontaneity, presentation, and communication. My work focuses on how these techniques can support the learning process.

In addition to my work with students, I am involved in teacher training in these pedagogies, helping educators develop effective strategies for language teaching. My continuous pursuit of innovative methods aims to support and inspire both language teachers and learners, enriching the classroom experience and equipping students with the confidence and skills needed to thrive in a multilingual world.

I hold a BA in English Studies from Valladolid University and an MA in Management of Language Learning from the University of Greenwich.

About the Language Centre

LSE is a centre for the study of the social sciences and this is reflected in its Language Centre.

Our courses focus on language and society, encouraging you to learn how to use language in the contexts you would like to live, study and work in. We teach people to speak languages, but also teach about language (socio-linguistics and intercultural communication) and offer a range of courses on literature and society.

We offer English for Academic Purposes programmes, BSc programmes a range of undergraduate degree courses that can be taken as part of a degree and a range of language options that can be taken outside of a degree programme. All programmes and courses relate language study and support to the fields of interest of social science students.
