Archive of FrontPage information for web editors:
If you would like a colleague to be given access to edit your web pages, please follow the steps below:
- If your site is within the LSE template and part of the corporate website, contact Sue Wood (sue.wood@lse.ac.uk) to arrange a handover training session for them
- If your site is within the LSE template and not part of the corporate website, contact Sue Wood (sue.wood@lse.ac.uk) to arrange a handover training session for them if they are to be the main editor. If they are to be a secondary editor, please ask the main editor to train them using the handover notes
- If your site is not within the LSE template, or your colleague has already been trained as an LSE web editor, email webeditors.enquiries@lse.ac.uk and ask for access to be granted. Please state the new web editor's full name, email address, LSE user name, and the site they will be editing
Please note that we place pragmatic restrictions on the number of web editors who can be trained for any given collection of web pages.
