About me

Harry is a Doctoral candidate in International Relations at LSE, researching the role of operational art in military assessment. He is Senior Fellow at Yorktown Institute in Washington, and at Policy Exchange in London. He is a military analyst with experience in the Middle East and Ukraine.

Originally from the US, Harry holds an MA (Hons) in Philosophy and International Relations from the University of St Andrews, and an MSc in Political Theory from LSE.
