Bruno was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has received a PhD from LSE and is a non-resident fellow at the Inter-American Dialogue, a think tank in Washington DC dedicated to Western Hemispheric affairs.
Before coming to LSE, he was a visiting professor at Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT) and an independent consultant in Buenos Aires.
He holds a master’s degree from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He got his B.A. in International Studies from UTDT, where he graduated at the top of his class.
