The workshop will examine the wider context within which Costa Rica and China’s relationship has developed. The focus will be on the foreign and economic policies that shaped the relationship and the possible future trajectories.
Participants include former President and Nobel Peace Prize recipient Oscar Arias as well as a host of local and regional academics and policy makers.
