Sarah Jewett is an MRes/PhD candidate in Political Science at the Department of Government, London School of Economics and Political Science. She holds an MSc in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from West Chester University. Her research focuses on the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and the processes and motivations behind perpetration of mass violence using quantitative methods. She previously worked as a fine artist, addressing violence and conflict through portraiture.
